Contingency Recruitment Services
Contingency recruitment predominately covers the junior to middle ranking roles, and entails a one off fee payable on a candidate commencing a new position.
As a result of extensive networking, advertising and innovative marketing, Temple Lane Partners possess an impressive international database of candidates, which enables consultants to compile candidate shortlists in response to any client’s individual needs.
We ensure that all candidates are extensively screened and assessed and that we obtain a full understanding of their individual aptitudes and career requirements.
Retained Search
A bespoke service utilised when a client seeks a to make a senior appointment or someone with specialist skills existing in a small, niche market. Retained fees are payable 1/3 on commencement, 1/3 on provision of shortlist and 1/3 on candidate starting.
Our executive searches are multi-faceted, encompassing traditional research, data mining, Internet sourcing, referrals and direct contacts.
High-quality screening and evaluation processes, combined with the experience and judgment of our consultants, are the essential safeguards that protect confidentiality and yield the most successful candidates.
Advisory
With two decade’s experience in the recruitment business, we have always made it a priority to be on top of the very latest legislation and regulations within our sector.
Generally, our advisory services are a value-added (free) service to clients, giving you access to our industry experience as part of the service.
Over and above this, we also offer further bespoke information gathering services where clients may require something more unique to their needs.
Account Management
Temple Lane Partners will always present a dedicated account management team to manage each client’s recruitment requirements both on the permanent, temporary and contract side.
This team will be responsible for all day to day recruitment activity including servicing all active vacancies, co-ordinating interviews, offer negotiation and maintaining and developing relationships with human resources and line management personel.
Bespoke information & mapping services
With the wealth of experience amassed over the last twenty years, we have now established both the platform and intellectual capital to offer genuine consultancy services within recruitment.
Services include direct competitor analysis, market mapping, role bench-marking and salary surveys. However we also receive unique. one-off, requests for intelligence on the recruitment market.
We always aim to price these services competitively and fairly. Additional costs are solely based upon any additional work required, gathering intelligence beyond that which we hold within our firm.
